This Year’s Criterion Theatre New Writing Cohort

Congratulations to the eight writers, selected from the festival, who will take part in The Criterion Theatre New Writing programme. Delivered by Felix Mosse in partnership with INK and Fiona Callaghan, (Managing Director of Criterion Theatre Trust). Generously funded by Old Possum's Practical Trust.

Launched in September 2025, the programme brings together eight writers, selected from those who submitted plays were produced at this year’s INK Festival. Their work stood out for its originality, voice and promise — and we’re thrilled to support the next stage of their journey.
