And the Winners Are...

INK is proud to announce the recipients of this year’s INK festival awards, celebrating exceptional new writing showcased across the 2026 programme.

The One to Watch Award was presented to Joe McNamara for The Bell.

The Promising Writer Award went to James Polonsky-Mannion for Watershed.

The Promising Young Writer Award was awarded to Misha Nye for Binoculars.

These awards recognise some of the exciting new voices emerging through INK, and we congratulate all three writers on their achievements. We would also like to thank every writer, performer, director, volunteer and audience member who helped make this year’s festival such a success.
